I'm comfortable in my own skin, are you?

It's 2019 and the hype to be skinny is real! Too fat too thin that's just media spin you look better when you're comfortable in your own skin. - that's what Jhonny fox from the king blues taught me anyway.

I'm Not 100% happy with how my mummy tummy sits or that I have psoriasis but I'm comfortable how I am, I'm that fat pink haired chick that everyone loves!

Being in love with your body is such a hard thing in a world full of celebrities and models but its all for show its not real life, they don't have to go to Asda at 3am because their baby had a poo-explosion and they ran out of wipes or nappies, they don't have to wait for their next paycheck or benefit payment to pay their cut off phone because their kids school trip was more important.
They get a routine, a bank full of cash and a personal trainer!

Your body may be full of stretch marks but their your scars from being big and shrinking back down! your body may be lumpy and bumpy but they're the bits that keep you warm and amazing to cuddle, you may have loose skin in places you hate but it's not forever they can be tonned away.

Love your body! your body is your canvas and your the artist you can always make it what you want, but make sure you are comfortable in your own skin, don't try to be stick thin and miserable cause you can't eat those treats you really want.
Don't get yourself into a downward spiral because you cant look how you want or your never happy enough because body depression is real and it's not nice!

I learned to love my body, I've had 2 beautiful children, I've got scars from operations and bad decisions, I have rough skin on my feet from working too hard and carrying my babies, but I found a man who loves my body exactly how it is and now I do too!

My body is my temple, my sexy goddess lives in here, the one who embraces the curves and lumps and bumps and turns it into raw confidence, the one who says f-you to the media and the skinny beeches who think that skinny feels great, well so does my triple cheeseburger when its in my mouth!

Make sure you love yourself and be comfortable in your own skin.
