Getting Spicy With Schwartz [AD]
Having bland dinners time and time again just gets boring, you end up craving something thing with more flavour or zing, that's why Schwartz have made a whole amazing range of seasonings to make your you never have a bland meal again!
Schwartz Fajita seasoning is one of my favourites, i love having fajitas with a kick and this seasoning does exactly that, to get the ultimate flavour, mix 1tbs of seasoning onto chicken just before it’s finished cooking, mix well and enjoy the delicious Mexican aroma, wrap with soft flour tortillas and fill with peppers, guacamole or salsa and anything else you’d like.
“Sprinkle over sliced chicken, onion and peppers, towards the end of cooking. Serve wrapped in flour tortillas with soured cream and salsa. Alternatively, sprinkle over tortillas chips and cheese before grilling for nachos. 1 tbs = 2 servings. - Schwartz”
Mexican food is probably one of my favourite types of world cuisines and to be able to make it in my own home just by adding these seasonings and spices is amazing. The subtle blend of ingredients in this spice makes your fajitas have such a juicy and spicy kick that you may never want to go back to bland food again.
I like to serve my Fajitas with a nice garden side salad and a big bag of nachos and melted cheese for that extra crunch and maybe a large glass or cloudy lemonade too!
To make amazing Fajitas:
- Take 2 large chicken breasts and fry until cooked.
- Add in 1 sliced onion and sliced pepper, fry until cooked.
- Add in Schwartz Fajita Seasoning and stir in for 30 seconds.
- Serve in a flower tortilla with sour cream and cooked peppers and grated cheese.
- Enjoy with a side salad or guacamole dip.
This is my favourite recipe to follow its super simple and easy and really doesn't take too long either, normally around 15 minutes and is a perfect lunchtime snack too. You can find Scwartz Fajita Seasoning here in Tesco online or in store!
