How To Train Your Pelvic Floor Ft. Perifit

By February 28, 2019

So most mother's knows the cross your legs before you sneeze feeling, or when you can't jump on a trampoline without wetting yourself slightly, yeah they're my issues too, and after having 2 kids my pelvic floor has gone to poop! It's not terrible but I could defiantly use some training!

The pelvic floor is made up of several muscles as well as connective tissues that act to support the functions of the reproductive, urinary, and digestive systems. The closing function of the pelvic floor is to help the urethra open and close to going to the loo at the appropriate time and also allows the vagina to narrow and widen for sexual intercourse or insertion of a tampon/mooncup. The second function of the pelvic floor is providing support to the abdominal contents and pelvic organs.

So, I was searching the web on how to exercise my pelvic floor and I came across Perifit
kegel exerciser with Bluetooth you insert into your vagina and connect to your phone as you use your pelvic floor to play games to train yourself with their innovative app

The app is absolutely amazing, it measures how much time you use your pelvic floor and also how strong it is too, it comes with a couple of games that you can play by using those all-important muscles and also a manual mode too.

"Perifit is an FDA- and CE-approved medical device that is recommended by doctors to prevent prolapse and incontinence, eliminate the need to wear pads permanently, aid quick recovery from childbirth and surgery, regain core strength and bladder control, and enhance confidence in the bedroom."- Perifit

Connecting the device to the app is really simple, it uses Bluetooth and has a little loop wire that acts as a signal. Simply turn on the device and the green light will flash, as soon as you're ready and you've inserted the device inside you press start on the app and start training! It isn't very long but you can play as many times as you wish.

The device is made from medical grade silicone and is waterproof too so easy to clean, just make sure you read the welcome guide with tips on how to care for your device.

I really love the idea of this product and will definitely keep using it, The Perifit app is available from the App Store and Google Play and you can enter my GIVEAWAY below to win one for yourself!!

Giveaway is open to UK only and ends 13th March 2019 11:59PM

  57. I had beautiful children which is all well & good
But my body's now not doing what it should
I'm having quite a few 'oops moments' which aren't nice
Though I appreciate all good things come with sacrifice
I'd like to be lighter all around
& not have as much 'bumph' to carry around town
I'd like to be able to sneeze & cough
    Without my insides kicking off
I'd like the freedom to do what I please
Including having fun with my family on our trampoline
I'd also like to avoid future surgery
    If at all poss
Even though there are some very dishy docs(swoon)
My pelvic floor and bladder aren't doing what they are told
& i'm still too young to feel this old
    So here's hoping your winner's me & ♡Thanks for the opportunity♡
